Steve Bourne

Steve Bourne is a filmmaker and director, and the founder of In Search of Extraordinary — a studio and a series making films and documentaries about extraordinary people.
​
He spent twenty years as a headhunter, assembling founding teams for the companies building the future, and started filming the work three years ago: the calls, the searches, the people no one else could reach. Season One follows one headhunter's year in fifty vertical episodes.
​
The studio makes the same films for founders, companies and private clients. His search firm, New Intelligence, continues alongside it — the research arm that keeps finding the people worth filming. He works between London and Dubai.
The search is the constant.
